This place is absolutely lovely. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are very accommodating and sweet. I haven't had a single bad experience. There are grills outside with the cutest seating area. The breakfast isn't the best, though. The bacon and Canadian bacon is hard, and the taste of the other breakfast items aren't good. The waffles are ok, and they have basics like cereal, oatmeal, and juice, which is good. Overall I'd say the place is quite nice!

Great location. Staff were super helpful and friendly. They also allow dogs which is very nice Room was clean and sanitary great job housekeeping!!!

This is my first time to Albany with the primary goal of visiting Saratoga Springs for the races and my nephew's engagement party. I was informed that staying in Albany would likely be less expensive and not a far commute. All of this was correct and Home2Suites fit the bill perfectly! For this particular stay, my goals were limited: close proximity to Saratoga, a really good mattress, and good pillows - I received all of this from Home2Suites. The staff was very friendly and the only issue I experienced was the address - strangely enough! The hotel is not actually on Wolf road and because I'm not familiar with Albany, this cause confusion for me and my Uber driver. Once this issue was resolved - always perfect! I would highly recommend for affordability and convenience staying at this particular Home2Suites. Thank you. SJ

Stayed in a handicap accessible room for a few days after surgery and the room was wonderful. Staff was amazing and thoughtful. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Would stay there again if needed. Appreciate everyone there being wonderful during my recovery.

I stay in a lot of Hilton locations. This Home 2 suites has a lot nearby for food choices. It's close to highway. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will stay again when in town. Bonus it has EV charging.

Just finished a one and a half year stay (520+ nights) for work (healthcare traveler). I’m glad I chose this hotel to make my temporary home. The GM (Len) and the Assistant GM (Maxine) are the hardest working managers in the business. The front desk staff, particularly Mikel, Cór-el, and Brianna, are all friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The housekeeping manager, Yahaira has an excellent staff and this hotel is one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at. The towels and linens were always clean and fresh. The hotel just renovated every guest room towards the end of 2024 (I had to be moved twice during my stay as the renovation crew moved from floor to floor). All new mattresses, couches, lamps, carpets, wallpaper, and (most importantly imo) new 55” 4K LCD TVs. The WiFi is ok but if you are on AT&T for your phone or data service you can expect way faster speeds on 5G+ (I got between 400-600 mbps on my phone vs 30-50 for the hotel network, but YMMV of course). The complimentary breakfast (served 6am-to 9am M-F, and until 10am on the weekend) has a number of options including a waffle making station, fresh fruit juices, yogurt, cereal, and a make your own breakfast sandwich bar. The gym is small but decently equipped. The pool is a plus but I never used it during my stay. There are a couple of nice barbecue grills outside if you want to utilize them. Also there is an outdoor patio/lounge area with a fire pit. If you drive an EV, they have 10 brand new chargers at the front of the property. There are plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance or a short drive. The airport is less than 5 minutes away.

My recent two-week stay at this hotel was fantastic. I arrived a day early, and despite a mix-up with my reservation (my mistake), the night staff promptly found me a room. Throughout my stay, they were consistently helpful and accommodating. The next morning, Manager Dorothy went above and beyond to sort everything out. She ensured I moved into my originally booked room and personally delivered a luggage cart for me. Their exceptional service and attentiveness, from day to night, really stood out to me. Speaking from my own experience in the hotel industry, I know guests always have other options, and I understand that it’s not always easy to grasp the complexity of running a hotel. This hotel, however, truly deserves credit for their efforts. I highly recommend them for their outstanding customer care.

Employees were personable and helpful. Choices at breakfast were many, including gf options. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! Love the work-out room. Room was clean and I slept great! Thank you Home2 Suites!
